Fabrication and Installation

BGS specialists and provides piping and structural fabrications, onshore / offshore construction, and installation as well as construction management. We are committed to provide safe, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for all our clients. The services offered starts from engineering design, project execution, painting up till the delivery to site and commissioning for both onshore and offshore scopes.

Our services include complete fabrication solution both from client supplied designs and in-house generated fabrication projects. All projects are developed and approved in conjunction with the client, class society and the finished product is accompanied by a full construction data book detailing the project requirements, testing and material traceability from start to finish.

BGS associates with several fabrication yards, onshore and offshore logistics’ bases as well as provides bonded facilities to support offshore services and other fabrication works. Local resource support is vital to long-term sustainability and efficiency of operations.

Hook-Up Commissioning

BGS provides integrated Hook-up and Commissioning (HUC) services for new and existing facilities in the oil and gas industry. We deliver a full work scope capability across major HUC platforms supported by a matured and well-rounded organisation. The services are managed by our associate project offices, which houses a highly competent team of industry professionals with extensive experience.

The scope encompasses all surface engineering capabilities that include design, engineering, project management, procurement, HSSE, QA/QC, fabrication, installation, hook-up, construction, commissioning including offshore marine services and manpower.

For maximum benefits to clients, our services are executed on a “single point of responsibility and accountability” or integrated basis that ensures operations efficiency, reduced costs and faster project turn-around.
